GCC announced today that it has received a favorable award resulting from an international arbitration proceeding, totaling approximately US$70 million in compensation and costs reimbursement.

GCC announced that the General Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 24, 2025, declared a Ps. 1.7674 dividend per share, which comes from the balance of the net earnings on a tax basis corresponding to the fiscal year 2013 and previous years.
